Existing features you are trying to remove? 

You need data on what features are used and by whom. You trim stuff that either isn’t used. Or is only used by non-target customers.

One common bloat also is giving users multiple options on how to complete a task (from this menu, or alternatively from this menu). Usually in an effort to meet different customer preferences. One way to streamline is to standardize how the app is used and cut redundant mechanisms.

Solid advice. There is one core area of the app you have two ways to do the same thing. I’ll need to think about how to adjust that.
