We have a village, 80 km from city, very famous in our region. All people who lives there shareholders of everything what belongs to the village: farms, milk and meat products factory. And you can’t just go live there and work. Only if you are professional in agriculture or can give service to villagers which they want to have: yoga teacher, good cosmetologist etc. Because head of the village wants to make their life comfortable as much as it possible, and people don’t have to waste time going to city to get it. Btw they renovated whole village with new houses, wind mill is there to produce cheap electricity even a zoo they have. So if you’ll be selected for job, they provide you a new house, for your children they have many activities, transportation for them to places for training and provide security so parents can work and not to worry about children

Great place! I recently visited Innopolis (a city for IT people), where the same policy applies. I was amazed by such an organization of life, very unusual for our country. It turns out that there are still settlements with such wonderful living conditions!
