You can do splits as a side goal for 10mins a day while watching something :). Takes no focus. Look up plyometric stretching

Yes! I already do yoga + weights, so was thinking of adding special stretches at the end of my weights routine. Just takes time and discipline :)

Thanks! Just ordered. I used to do ballet and was able to do splits as a child + then again in my early 20’s after some training. Just haven’t practiced the stretches / put in the effort in a long time :)
