Not everyone gets their break at a young age. Some "lucky" ones arrive in their 20s and 30s, but many others in their 40s, 50s, or even later If we anchor too heavily to what the society prefers (early success), we may not be present when our time arrives. The key is being receptive to what each season has to offer

You're right in that being present is very important. Aside from societal drives, I find the desire for early success coming simply from the fear of never having any success. It can be hard to believe your success will come when it doesn't for so many. Wdyt?

Resonates a lot - the longer we wait, the less certain we feel I haven't found an antidote for this fear, other than faith & patience. Perhaps the reason many don't succeed is because they don't persevere Anecdotally, many of the greats have told us that success only arrives after much failure. Tenacity may be key
