ready to get your heart pumping? todayā€™s warpcast workout is a šŸ’„quick cardio HIITšŸ’„ structure: ā€¢ 5 exercises ā€¢ 3 rounds ā€¢ work interval: 20 seconds per exercise ā€¢ rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises ā€¢ 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. high knees 2. chair dips 3. walk to pushup ( or regular pushups ) 4. jumping jacks 5. bear hold take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - medium let me know if you have any questions or workout requests and please let me know how you find it ā†‘
