I started fasting two days ago and have been successful. The goal was to do at least 16/8. Managed to do 20h and 19h. Goal is to keep it to 5 fasting days per week. Why? Health reasons. I'll cast more about this in the upcoming days to track progress. I want to get /better and get back my positive habits of healthy living. All inspired and motivated by @burrrrrberry, she made me realise a lot of things that I let go, and I feel that if I get back on track, everything else will improve.

2 meals: breakfast and lunch on weekdays On weekends: lunch and dinner This way I get the benefits of foods I would normally eat for breakfast such as oats, chia seeds, blueberries, etc. 174 $farther
