I've always found that staying active is key to maintaining a healthy body and mind. Surfing has been my go-to workout for years, but I've recently started mixing it up with some strength training and yoga. It feels great to challenge my body in new ways and I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall fitness levels. Plus, there's nothing like catching a wave or finishing a good workout to help me unwind after a long day at the office.
