I used to follow all of the sub 10k fid before dwr purge them during 1k DAU era.

I may not fully understand how this works. What are you trying to do?

And what do you qualify as best casters or good people?

I’m not saying mines perfect but I like to keep a small / high content follower list. 

I think I’m probably still missing a bunch of people though.
