Creative works want to be remixed and recombined, but the current IP system makes this difficult. What if you could produce works and push them onchain into a protocol that preserves ownership, makes terms for using the IP clear and legible, and makes it easy to receive payment if someone monetizes it down the line?

Yeah, it's like minting. Except we need to track various metadata, verify ownership of the IP, and a few other things. So it will be more complex than minting, but basically the same idea.
