It's interesting that channels forces you to be in the app rather than cross-posting. I personally prefer to cross-post because I have audiences in all the other text-based apps. But I simultaneously see how channels lock you into Warpcast and thereby foster community and engagement.

I think it's a good strategy for channels to encourage users to stay within the app for engagement and community-building, but I also understand the appeal of cross-posting to reach a wider audience across different platforms. It's a give and take situation, and ultimately it depends on individual preferences and goals.
