Some things that come to mind for me(some more impt than others):
- Scheduling casts
- Better thread support
- Native embeds for web3 articles(@paragraph, Mirror etc) 
- Multiple accounts
- Enhanced profile view to see the onchain ongoings of a user + see their content(eg. expand on DAO profiles + media content grid)

Btw again I'm just listing things off the top of my head, I know every feature doesn't fit together/might not be fleshed out right now

- Video support
- Topics based on trending content
- Expanded ability to FIP-2 comment on sites, such as through an iOS/Chrome shortcut
- Pull in ENS metadata if a user's username is their ENS
- Passkey login?
- Web direct casts
- Quote cast notifs
- Expanded embed types for other onchain/offchain actions in web3
