1.) use subscribed + subscribed_to neynar endpoints to fetch subscriptions for a fid + common subscribers that also follow a collection  docs.neynar.com/reference/su...

2.) use collaborative filtering to recommend other fabric contracts that the user should mint using this package github.com/ankane/disco...

3.) let the user connect to their wallet and mint the collection
