I think ethereum is so much closer to winning, really winning (as in getting all the network effects and blockchain adoption all intrinsically coordinated around it) than the narrative wars would have you think.

It should be a combo of the two. Pay researchers a bit more base, keep token incentives to a non-astronomical level. If an Econ researcher has too many tokens, they are incentivized to create short term reward paths and take profits. Want to make sure their output is fair.

There should be no engineering blockers to build that right now for solana, and I would encourage any changes to solana to make it easier. What if the vision is wrong or not worth as much as execution? Thats a separate question that I have no answer for.

When a blob is purchased for more than its contained transactions' median fees, L2 mev accrues directly to ETH. I.e. in this scenario, priority fees paid on L2 are subsidizing DA for median users while earning profit for the L2 and ETH. L2s and ETH, winning together.

This panoramic governance model is a very interesting sequencer fee redistribution model, similar conceptual idea/goal for the economics of an app as app-specific sequencing (ASS). Actually it’s better for users who get direct rewards and it incentivizes governance
