New feature on Warpcast: @purple proposal notifications

If you're in the DAO, any time there's a new onchain proposal for Purple, you'll receive an in-app notification with:

- name of the proposal
- who proposed it
- a link to the Alphacaster page

Purple is a DAO whose goal is to proliferate and expand the Farcaster protocol and ecosystem.
