If China shoots down American satellites that’s going be viewed as an act of war

Been wondering — what stops China from destroying or netting Starlink satellites if they, for example, run around the Great Firewall?

It seems it’s not an act of war bc it’s an American company, not an American asset. Intl doesn’t yet cover space either(?)

Thought of this during MoZ #13.

It is such a huge improvement to global communication!

Starlink can even be used (unofficially) for satellite positioning. You could probably even get sub-meter accuracy from integrating the public signals between GPS+GLONASS+Galileo+Starlink.
