How do channels increase distribution for a cast? If you cast in a channel, you have the chance—based on how much engagement the cast gets—to have the cast get recommended to people who don't follow you. Not feeling a channel? Just cast! It goes to your followers.

Casting in a channel, honestly just gets me the response I’m looking for. For example, technical questions in /dev /evm channels. So I guess anecdotally higher engagement.

For channels created external to WC, are there any plans to stop showing casts that were posted into those channels? 'Replying to external content' doesn't preserve the Context Container of those channels. The ux isn't great for WC and that negatively impacts users & the ecosystem.

@dwr.eth if we pick a channel, but then type "/[CHANNEL]" to x-cast, what does the "/[CHANNEL]" do? does it make it more likely that people in [CHANNEL] will see it?

Silly question: Simply casting and then sharing the cast across channels will increase its distribution?
