torn if it's worth a mention ... but probably yes - it's a lesson as well. SaaS tool for "all team knowledge management" called Fibery - within the first 3-6 months after launch they got >65% d30 retention and it stayed there for next 2 years. Serious problem was - we never found new top of the funnel after that launch. Meaning - that churn would be <5% every month, but new client onboarding would be even less. Over all - total positioning fail šŸ„² And it led the team to believe early on they have PMF and two years after, they'd still as far from it as when they launched.
