What happens to a channel if the moderation tool you used for months or years decides to completely shut down?

Opportunity for a channel archival service: set up a mirror account that likes anything liked by the channel moderator.

Is there a way to make pay to post effective once the channel has been active for a while? I’m trying to weed out the bots or at least make them pay to play.
