We had it before. It’s pretty challenging to build 2024-level UX while encrypted with a small team. Opted for a simpler system for now.

WhatsApp, iMessage and Signal are the three at-scale e2ee messaging apps. And Signal UX definitely clunkier than the other two (but to their credit, both are using Signal’s algo)

didn't know that about signal algo being the go to, would be cool to see e2ee come back in future but i can't imagine there's a lot of demand for it yet

don't think warpcast has active mil or milfs

I def use signal more. Clunky or not. Slim and it works most of the time.
Felt that telegram is too much for just messaging. 
Will not touch whatsapp until zuck behind it
