to create the Social Capital Value (for Casts) we first had to create Social Capital Score which users earn through their onchain influence one difference between the SCS and the Power Badge is that everyone gets a SCS we'll expose the SCS for every user in Airstack APIs next week as well

I’m excited for people to be able to find the content they want, but I personally have avoided social medias in the past when it feels like a ranking system So I hope the focus stays on identifying high-impact casts rather than another number to chase for our profile ❤️

This is very cool. Social reputation systems are fascinating and seem to be underutilised in these coordination systems that we all use and imo a missing piece of the jigsaw.

Is this predisposed to folks who have a large audience already? Obviously someone like an ethereum podcaster, might have more engagement than a soldier who keeps his head down grinding, but offers insight to a small audience. Just looks like this is same as web2 social where it has more subjective nature than objective
