Introducing Trending Topics

Algorithmic collections of casts about topics people are talking about. They update a few times per day.

Mobile only to start. Update to the latest version of Warpcast from the your app store and restart your app 1-2x. 

Topics will appear on the search tab and in your feed while you're scrolling. 

We’re running this as an experiment in Warpcast for the next couple months.

> Are these channels?

Trending topics **are not** channels. They are collections casts about a popular topic identified by an AI-powered algorithm. Channels have no bearing on trending topics.

> Are the topics on the protocol?

The casts themselves are on the protocol but the categorization and feeds are generated by Warpcast. There are developer tools like @mbd that can provide this for your app.

My Leg Day Routine

Well, it’s not optimal, but these are major things i do.

I confess, i don’t always do bulgarian split and lunges💀… i just do back squats as many as i can, from 140kg down to 100kg 

1) Back squats — 140kg 3sets of 6, 120kg 2sets of 8, 100kg 1set of 12, in the words of Tom Platz - “Nothing like squats”

2) Calf raises — I do both seated and standing most times, seated hits more of the sides, standing gives that cut.

3) RDLs — I might have to start putting one foot on the wall or something, to get good depth.

4) Leg extensions — Love this exercise cause it hits that “tear drop” part of the legs so well.

5) Leg curls — Lean forward and work those hamstrings till you start crying and wonder why you train😭

6) Hip Adductors — Face down cause i can’t bear the embarrassment from other guys looking at me🤣🤣🤣

Then i usually do Sissy squats after for a good stretch.

Is there a way to avoid this being just a list of raging baits? And being actually something interesting? I’m basically concerned with people trying to game the algorithm with crappy content.

This is amazing feature! I remember suggesting this when you asked for a feedback about Farcaster. I’m unsure if you saw that, but I’m happy that it’s implemented.
