How do I know frame transactions are safe? There's no such thing as 100% safe, but we do a few things to help keep you safe. 1. Domain allowlist — developers register a domain with Warpcast before we'll enable transaction support without significant warnings. 2. User-friendly transaction simulation — see below

We're going to keep improving security for frames a user-friendly way. But! The best practice is to create a new address / wallet and fund it with an amount of crypto you're OK losing. Don't use an existing wallet with a bunch of valuable assets or NFTs!

if I may say, would've been great if there was an option to mark a wallet as primary or default so such it can be used for such purposes. some time ago when I attached a new wallet to my account, most of the interaction on frames was still happening with the old one.
