"Just because we don't do something the way you want it, doesn't mean we are not listening to what you're saying". I confirm from personal experience. 🀣 Articulating objections and directions that the MM team does not agree with, does have an impact on how they think and what they do in the future.

i'm really excited to know how you're going to scale the hub, should have asked but i feel it's too early for this kind of question and understandably the progress is consistent. haven't read how effective snapchain is going to be at achieving that goal or if it's significantly relevant but it would be insane to see hubble scale to support 10m let alone 100m dau. when farcaster lags it really causes tremors, that was evident last time fc hit 60k dau or so.

Dan, when channels become decentralized, I think you should support the ENS namespace. I always considered dealing with a namespace is a big hurdle (who has the right to use a name, and if two people have the right how you decide), especially if names become valuable. Since there is a widely adopted namespace (ENS), I think it's better to outsource this aspect of the protocol. I don;t think you'd like to be in the middle of a dispute about who is the rightful owner of the "fargo" channel for example :-)

What is a protocol? (Serious question. From first principles. I have my own definition but curious what yours is)

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ#Crypto Trump is preparing for the U.S. government to adopt a more lenient approach toward cryptocurrencies. He is actively seeking candidates for key positions who are supportive of the crypto industry, while his senior advisers are engaging with cryptocurrency leaders to discuss potential shifts in federal policy. Initial talks are focusing on several financial regulatory bodies, including the U.S. SEC. Potential candidates include Daniel Gallagher, currently affiliated with Robinhood, as well as SEC Republican commissioners Hester Peirce and Mark Uyeda.

Hi Dan, It was discussed in a group, what are the criteria for choosing top caster? Everyone said something different. They say it is not based on activity. It is said that even those who are less active or receive very little interaction on their posts are chosen. We were just wondering if there are criteria. Thank you @dwr.eth πŸ₯°
