Update on Warpcast home feeds

Based on feedback, we've:

- Turned off recommendations (since a lot of them were spammy rn)
- Turned off replies + reply bumping
- Tweaked the algo to de-dupe recasts

Please let me know if things are better or worse!

im all for keeping the replyguys corralled in the channel lol. tbh havent used home feed enough (+ my following mostly replyguys) to tell if its been distruptive etc, but certainly don't think nerfing replies in home feed will be an issue. appreciate the shout 🫡
