Channel streaks

- Choose a channel you want to display on your profile
- Cast in that channel daily to keep the streak
- Get an in-app reminder to cast in the channel
- Opt-in; the streak indicator will only appear on your profile to others if you do
- Pick a channel you’d like to be more active in
- Only one streak at a time

Curious why this was created as an opt-in feature rather than something automatic that just tracks w/UI that shows your different channel casting streaks?

Gamified features are extremely polarizing

Valid point, I'm definitely not a fan of in-your-face gamification features. Though I think it's forgivable when it's not the central focus of the experience as it can feel less like "gamification" but more like a tracker (for me, personally, as an end user). Still gamifying, but less obvious.

Again, looking forward to seeing the results from the experiment.
