as an early stage startup who focused on growth over revenue over the last year, the current market situation is really testing our resilience have ~1 yr of runway left but its a challenge sales is a weak point in a mostly eng team for us rn - want to get better but without increasing burn - tips?

1. dev attention and adoption funnels 2. emerging protocol layers 3. they say they'd rather put in the time themselves and do in-house than pay the cost, but usually dont end up doing that anyway and nothing changes - OR, it gets caught up in red tape
