2. Block liberally on Twitter, life is too short.

3. The only thing that matters is weekly progress. We won't always get it right. There will be up, down and sideways periods. But just have to keep trudging on.

re: artists feeling dismissed — I haven't heard a clearly articulated complaint to be honest. So hard for us to concretely improve things if we don't know what the specific pain points are.

I know you’ve received the feedback from artists feeling dismissed. I don’t need to go through it, plenty in my replies today. 

People here are mostly willing to ride out growing pains and algorithms and trials and errors but when they feel like the founders don’t care about their challenges, it makes it harder to want to bother. There was good feedback on Twitter.
