I feel like this is a statement many people are happily strongly agreeing but it is incredibly hard to verify as true. Stating zero is the issue as there is an incredible high probability that there is one or more at-scale consumer apps which do use them in fact. Of course you can ask to find the exception, but somehow it is missing the point that this statemwnt is of low quality and has a very high likelihood of being false. It is of course directionally right in that there are more at-scale consumer apps which do not use PWAs, but then rather that should have been said.
