Could it be the screen it's rendered on? It's fairly densely packed, try a lower DPI screen? (I generally don't have issues either but all my screens are fairly high density)

Almost never. All other QR codes are fine, just not the Warpcast one. It gets caught on the arch in the middle and confused iPhone 15 pro
