What does your product development cycle look like? 

I.e. how does the team communicate between biz, product, engineering (outside of the weekly dev call).

1. There are no departments — just engineering.

2. We have a high level six month goal, a more concrete set of 2 month goals, and then weekly planning (have been operating closer to daily planning more recently). 

Will change when we find pmf

We operated with a Wednesday to Wednesday cadence for a while. More recently moved to spec features that take 2-3 days. Daily standup every morning pacific.
