Casts go out to all followers right? I don't necessarily want to broadcast niche interests to everyone. Would be great if I can control if it only shows up in a channel

Auto suggest a channel for each cast. Once it works ok, Default on (switch in setting to turn it off for your account)

multi-channel casting would likely be a high leverage change imo — there’s casts that i would love to share in niche channels but also im inclined to cast where im more likely to have better discourse it feels clunky/weird to cast the same thing in multiple channels

Better organization of channels somehow? Would be cool to have a full screen displaying a grid of my favorite channels, instead of just the horizontal or vertical lists we have now

Choosing channels. Somewhat regularly have a discussion I want to have but feels like it fits in multiple places and hit some decision paralysis. I wouldn't advocate for being able to cast widely and spam many channels, but would love a way for certain threads or themes to natively cross relevant channels

i would start 30 channels tomorrow if it wasn’t cost prohibitive about anything from /razors (a channel about mental heuristics like occams; hanlons; or my fav, degens razor) to /maillard (show me the sear) only solves part of the equation but niche ideas need affordable housing

I don’t avoid niche interests, I avoid “topics of controversy,” particularly topics outside of crypto. Culture here feels more professional, so just like in most offices, I avoid politics Maybe surface more headlines + articles in the feed? give me something to respond to

The main thing is just the niche interests I have, the channels have little to no engagement. We are so early though so it's ok. They will eventually.

One thing that would be amazing is an area where we could be suggested to follow certain channels based on our interests. Maybe have the input of our interests from a starting interaction on this area and evolve by the data brought by the kind and or name of channels we go on following along the way.
