Hi Casters. I took a walk with a founder friend of mine yesterday afternoon and was reminded about how awesome walking meetings are. I feel like my mental state is vastly improved in a walking meeting vs a meeting sitting down.

I’ve come to appreciate how good post-meal walks are. 

15 minute walk after lunch stops me feeling sluggish in the afternoon. 

Great after dinner too but harder to do with routine sometimes
