Daiquiris are my go to. Surprising range, good year round, great to try in different bars or locations as every bar/mixologist will usually have their own variation, Hemmingway was a fan Personally love a daiquiri with a split-base of black strap rum + clairin le rocher

Negroni up there in the list for me as well although I tend to prefer the negroni sbagliato variant since it's a bit smoother. Martini's are also up there. I'm a fan of dirty vodka martinis with a touch of blue cheese. Margarita, Rum + Pineapple and Aperol Spritz are great for ocean/pool vibes.
