reverse chron in moderator mode bc everything going into main when mod is on is already approved as interesting/relevant to the channel i also like reverse chron bc it gives newer ppl/smaller accounts better visibility/signal (quality is already filtered by mod)

Group of n curators. They can upvote and downvote (encouraged to do both). This weighted along an arctan curve to limit group influence and combined with 2. Curators are not admins.

2 is good for occasional readers 1 is good for obsessive readers Most folks are occasionally readers - I prefer 2 for channels like /farcasther, but 1 for channels like /founders and /humankind. Keeping main 2 is good

60% people who I follow and interact the most with 20% other people I follow 15% people who are interacted with by people I follow 4% bangers from extended network 1% old but really good shit from my direct network. Above w preference to reverse chronological ordering, batched by 100 cast quality cohorts.

1 for people I'm explicitly following (bonus points if I can make multiple sets of these, like Lists), 2 for content pulled in implicitly (e.g. channels). I still use Twitter Lists for chronological feeds of specific sets of people, can't beat it.

3. Reverse chronological, but that chronology also takes the most recent comment into account. It may sound strange, but hear me out. We want engagement, reasons to continue checking back, and encourage continued conversation (even if it is resurfacing old, good content).

The option to tune the feed to see what works best for a given channel (boost certain elements more - NFT ownership, likes, QC/RC, Mod likes, some type of "super-boost" for persistence - almost like pinning but not as aggressive). I am drawn to the idea of "overperformance" - likes compared to # followers of caster

3. would be super dope to incorporate categories (for art channels it would be terrific at least) so we could view content by theme. For example for /photographers I'd love to be able to browse say landscape photography, street photography etc individually :)
