This might be blasphemous, but does Farcaster need a way to onboard users without requiring an Ethereum wallet and storing a seed phrase? The UX of saving a seed phrase really causes a lot of friction when I ask people if they'd be interested. Coinbase introduced ENS to a lot more people with cb.id

It’s a useful proof of work filter for now. We will get a to a place where it’s not required imo.

Nice! That's good to know. Wonder if the filter is at odds with "Increase the number of people creating useful content on Farcaster." The intersection of wallet-savvy and content-creating humans is probably small with limited backgrounds
