any future for gated channels where casts are private at the protocol level? direct casts is one option, but has a number of ux drawbacks

The best part? People could use a Frame for the gated view and that could walk users through getting past the gating (like minting an NFT, buying a token, using an attestation, etc)

Do you really own your community if you can’t control who can participate in it at the protocol level? Even at the client level, your plans are to show everything in the recent feed even though you are well aware of how much spam exists today and will probably only get worse.

realizing someone could theoretically create a blog/newsletter as a channel w this sole bound nft can only write to channel, anyone that has minted a previous writing could reply to casts in said channel insanely high levels of curation possible for channels now

feel like this could provide a lot of value for communities on Fam automatically create a channel upon community creation, any member can post in the chat + whitelist certain NFTs or aligned communities that can also enter the chat add actions to posts (eg. send funds, mint NFT) that members can vote on
