I think Twitter needs to be further to the right. It's barely useful these days if you're not paying. BlueSky on the other hand doesn't even haven an option to pay as far as I know. (But I guess we pay for our domain names that we use on BlueSky.)

3rd quadrant seems perfect place to be in but how one make a sustainable business around it?

It’s very likely Bluesky will require payments as repo hosting costs will arise. Most apps on the AT Protocol will have to do this, assuming they’re not using the advertisement model.
