Small update for channel passes

As a host, if you revoke a channel pass for spam or for violating the norms, the channel pass price will now double for that specific user.

1. Alice is running /frames 
2. Bob buys a channel pass for 1000
2. Bob keeps posting giveaways (against the channel norms)
3. Alice revokes
4. Channel pass now costs 2000 for Bob

What happens with warps when users pay? Are they distributed between the Warpcast and the admin?
