Can these notifications link directly to nouns.build? The Aburra link doesn't include the description, feels like it should just go directly to the source

1. Proposals are always a priority for us.

2. The Aburra proposal page includes everything from the source (i.e. onchain), plus more Farcaster-specific info

I was actually wrong, it does include the description, it's just not in the default tab.
