That's correct. There's a tidy correlation between moneygun and some users losing their badges. The explanation is straight forward: overuse of the tool produces repetitious cast spam for that user, which likely gets them flagged. That seems to invalidate their badge.

right, but i just don't understand why moneygun was spotlighted in this context - it's just a tool

there are many other tools that cast on your behalf

@gig created his own version - in fact, anyone can create their own moneygun-like client

@pichi used the moneygun since day 0 and she still has the power badge

It automatically makes the tipping casts for you for every person that gets hit with the moneygun, wouldn’t people abusing it and having it generate 100s of automated casts with similar messages and little interaction get flagged as spam?

I've followed you on a few calls recently and as a guy that used money gun I found it quite hypocritical you flagging it vs rain. Pretty much the same idea, both can be abused yet you dig out money gun. Also, promoting alfafrens/onrekt which have both rekt small accounts.  What was so wrong with money gun...
