You poke at the leadership in Cali quite a bit but I am curious what you're actual overall take on the situation is? Mid and could improve?

Also this policy is an actual joke wtf.

I bet someone will “forget”’to update the list in real time so it won’t even be a social shaming. 


It’s kinda how fines are just licenses.  I didn’t renew my fishing license one because the license was $100 and the fine was $25.
