Two new settings for channel hosts

Manage feeds
- Ability to turn off the Trending feed for your channel

Manage channel passes
- Ability to turn on a channel pass and change the price. You'll need to have channel norms set.

Available on web (not on mobile) by clicking the pencil icon on your channel page.

Channel passes
- Off chain
- Warps only
- Goes to the 1st host

Rough plan longer term
- On chain
- Pay with crypto
- Channels will decide where pass funds go
