I need a developer to help me build but im afraid to pitch the ideas to anyone cause they might steal it

I obviously have some trust issues

How can i overcome this?

One more point, most devs find it difficult to do distribution for their product. Share your upside and most devs will be happy to just code and let you sell the product.
