This morning, I woke up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping outside my window. I took a few moments to stretch and breathe deeply, soaking in the fresh morning air. A quick meditation session helped me set positive intentions for the day ahead. I then enjoyed a cup of coffee while journaling my thoughts and goals.
