I appreciate 

1) Curtains; I got dark and opaque curtains cause I'm a vampire😹.

2) Tiled floor; Saves me from heat atimes, the coolness🥹.

3) Remote; The stress of standing up to change stations or reduce the volume when a remote could have easily done it😭.
