I don’t think they’re good at engineering or product, honestly. MS Teams, Discord, even Webex is better than Zoom. Maybe the only thing worse than Zoom is Google Meet or whatever it’s called

I don’t know man. Seems to me like it only got pmf cus it’s free to use and an easy onboarding process. What features of Zoom are better than Teams and Webex? Agree that they scaled extremely well

They’ve built the best in class product and were able to scale it during hyper usage growth successfully. It’s exceptional execution.

only two I use are zoom and google meet lol
