Here start the explanation of these picks: 1. Chicken breast: Very high protein, very little fat (good for weight cutting) great source of B vitamin (3, 6) Very easy to make, very versatile. No wonder so many athletes eat this on the regular.

3. Salmon: Alright in protein, decently fatty. Amazing source of Omega 3 and vitamin D. Great source of creatine, selenium and vitamin B12. Amazing brain food. Tastes amazing in my opinion and the superior fish meat.
