Balanced in protein, carbs, and fats, this is a convenient and nutritious meal ‘Spinach Salad Tortilla’ Ingredients - 1 (8-inch) tortilla - 3 spinach leaves - 3 black olives - 3 cherry tomatoes - 2 slices of bacon - Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese - Glazed balsamic - Salt, pepper - Olive oil Instructions 1. Sauté spinach stems in olive oil, then add leaves. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Cook bacon pieces in a pan. 3. Toast the tortilla on both sides. 4. Add spinach, olives, tomatoes, bacon, and cheese to the tortilla. 5. Wrap and enjoy!
