When a customer support agent solves my problem quickly and efficiently I always feel the urge to send a "thank you" message. But isn't the ticket already closed? Do they even read my thank you? Do they care or am I wasting their and my time?😂 Am I the only person struggling with this?

i always imagine their heart skips a beat when they receive another message, but feel relieved when they read it's "just" a thank you message. so i never know whether i should thank them or not 🫠 (this applies to emails, i always thank them in chat)

Yes, you are right. This only applies to emails. Chats are easy going 👍🏼
