genuine question: if someone launches a token here and sells a sizable portion when it goes up, do you consider it rugging, playing the memecoin game or something else?

if i make profit, they just took profit too if i make nothing, they just play the game if i lose money, they rugged me ^ this is what happens in practice from my experience. if we're talking theory, i'd say it's about whether they actively promoted the thing (undecided whether trading from doxxed wallet is considered promotion — i'm leaning slightly towards yes)

haha true, also there are some memecoins ogs like HIGHER and DEGEN where I feel like they play for the long term, not a two day long pump and dump
